Given the above, and returning to your original question I think I now understand the problem you are having. Fastcut is described as the Free version (according to the file name) and the latest version can be downloaded free from here and the current Photo Manager (version 17) is less than $50 to buy from Magix, or less than £35 if in the UK.Depending on how much you were charged for this disc (which, I would have to say, appears to be potentially an illegal copy) I would ask for a full refund because:
